Surrey Wood Burners Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals we encounter in conducting our business.
In order for us to deal with your enquiry and provide you with an accurate quotation we obtain the following personal information about you – full name, address, telephone numbers (land and mobile) email address and the nature of your enquiry. During our site visit we take photographs of your fireplace and an external photograph of your chimney etc
This information is given to us voluntarily and is necessary for us to process your enquiry.

How is your contact data stored?
Copies of all quotations and invoices are held electronically on our office computer hard drive and on our company icloud. Access to the company computer is restricted by password to employees only. All paper records and notes which are deemed to be relevant and important for installation process are held in a secured locked cupboard on the premises in St Johns. The showroom and offices are secured with CCTV cameras.
How long is your information kept?
Unless you request that your information be destroyed and removed from our system it is held by us to assist with providing details on the stove and its installation which might be needed in the future (spare parts, installing second stove in home, Hetas queries)
